Chief Marketing Officer, Pricewise (March 2017 - Now) Website of the Year 2019 In just a few years I built a multichannel marketing team (24 FTE’s) bringing all disciplines in-house and increased awareness from 4% to 65% to become one of the biggest brands in the Dutch Market for Online Comparison. Traffic grew at a 3-digit rate and conversion more than doubled. In 2019 we won Website of the Year.

C-level Brand & Media Strategy Consultant, Ring (Sept 2017 - Oct 2018) I set up a successful 360 Pan European Brand and Media strategy for the introduction of Ring in Europe (Netherlands, UK, Germany, Belgium, France and Nordics). I optimized media spending on the basis of traffic and sales data and I reviewed creative concepts and campaigns to adapt to cultural differences. Ring grew at a staggering pace, becoming the preferred video doorbell & security system by both consumers and retailers.

Chief Marketing Officer a.i. , bunq (Sept 2016 - Dec. 2017) Together with the marketing team I developed large city take over campaigns, digital growth hacking strategies and targeted social brand and conversion campaigns, including Dutch artists, boosting brand awareness and the number of app downloads and making it the fastest growing bank in the Netherlands.


Yearn

Co-founder & Advisor, Yearn (Oct 2015 - Sept 2016) After building many (digital) brands I felt it was time to build my own challenger brand as a Co-founder & Advisor: yearn. the first inner crowd recruitment platform. In this new and exciting tech scale up I advised on brand & go to market strategy, design, storytelling, market research & experiments, social media, PR & growth hacking. We raised over 300K in funding and got many known brands to post jobs on our platform: Wetransfer, Booking, Travelbird, TomTom.

Marketing Director, Pricewise (Feb 2014 - Feb 2016) I completely rebranded former Prizewize into Pricewise. Including a 3 year strategy, new brand identity, website and comparison flows, continuous conversion optimization, expanding the marketing team, big branding campaigns and optimizing SEO, SEA and E-mail. With a very strong growth in both sales and traffic as a result.


C-level Brand Strategy & Marketing Communication Consultant, DEGIRO (Oct 2013 - Feb 2016) I developed the marketing communication strategy from launch. And produced a pan-European TV, Radio, Online campaign, launched in more than 17 countries. DEGIRO has grown into the largest broker of the Netherlands and DEGIRO into the top-3 of the fastest growing European brokers.
